Travel agents are accused of 'picking customers pockets' by sending them to third-party websites that charge 5X the official fee for visas

The Mail has learnt that the fees charged can add around £200 for a family of 4. It's feared the process is to target pensioners who don't want to order online. Some of the firms charged £46 for a US Esta that should cost just £10.
