Novel coronavirus: 3 new patients in Singapore with no China travel, link to existing cases

Seventeen of the 33 confirmed patients in Singapore were visitors from China, while another four are Singaporeans who were evacuated from Wuhan on Jan 30.Two patients are now in critical condition, said MOH, without providing additional details.
