Penang Heritage Trust council member Jack Ong said the “Disneyfication” problem was real as many famous traditional trades and cultural shows appeared to have changed to please tourists. Ong was speaking during a question-and-answer session at the Penang Tourism Master Plan public town hall, held at the Setia Spice Convention Centre in Relau today.
