For once I can actually say I agree with him (may lightening strike me dead). As far as I'm concerned there's nothing to defend, we need to contain the virus so it doesn't spread any further and if that means no overseas travel to infected area's so be that.

Honour amongst Thieves.😐

Seems that the Australian wing of the Chinese propaganda department is not aware the China has banned travel not only between provinces but also between cities also no mention of criticism of old mates North Korea who put in travel bans the day the virus was announced. Twerps.

How dare the Chinese Embassy try and dissuade our Government from keeping us safe. Shows how much influence China thinks it has over Australia. Keep out of our affairs and keep your citizens in China!

well done Peter. it was caused by CCP government. due to their negligence, the virus spread the world, why should we concern their 'dissatisfaction'?

So he should.

Thank you PeterDutton_MP for keeping us safe.

Unfortunately this is precisely the action we need to take but I’m afraid there will need to be a lot more done to try and sto

We should continue this ban long after the disease has been sorted

NO MORE CHINESE

Federal government is doing the right thing and keeping us safe. Keep strong!

He shouldn't need to defend anything. Along with 58 other countries he is doing what's best for his own country and keeping us safe.

He’s not doing enough, but it’s a start.
