SINGAPORE is closing its borders to all short-term visitors as it ramps up border control measures to reduce importation of Covid-19 cases in a move that economists said would further squeeze the aviation and tourism industries as well as the broader economy. Read more at The Business Times.

From 2359 hours on March 23, all short-term visitors will no longer be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore.
