They include funerals being limited to 10 people and weddings to five people in all states and territories.Mr Morrison said the changes were necessary because those functions had been identified as"major transmitting events". Businesses, including beauty, tanning and nail salons, galleries and museums, will be forced to close from midnight on Wednesday.
