Some passengers with cancelled flights have received an email which said if they do not wish to accept a voucher for future travel they will be placed in a queue to get a refund after the pandemic.
‘We highly recommend using the refund voucher as these are readily available and you can book flights on all Ryanair Group airlines in over 200 destinations in Europe and the Middle East.’
