The European Commission has accused countries of breaching EU rules by not insisting airlines provide cash refunds to customers whose holiday was cancelled due to coronavirus

All holiday companies must refund passengers for trips cancelled due to coronavirus, and cannot only offer the option to rebook or take vouchers, the European Commission says.
