The police will start issuing compound notices to those who are caught embarking on interstate travel without permission, said Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri YaakobHe said this was because many were still defying the order even though the period for interstate travel, which was allowed from May 7 to 10, has ended.

Ismail Sabri said the authorities had identified and detained 14 skippers who were involved in the attempt to bring in the illegal immigrants.
