He bought a scarce lavender hand sanitizer at Whole Foods and used it up fast. He was bowled over when he got into a Los Angeles hotel room after years trying to get indoors.

Where are people getting vouchers to be able to stay in hotel rooms? I have to live on the street. I have no idea where I can get a voucher. I went to the Salvation Army, they couldn't help, the Tulsa Day Center can't help. Nobody ever tells me anything about this. 😞
