Those states & territories with closed borders need to do lots more testing before they open up. It may be that no-one will come. I’d say let’s just move between Vic & NSW until they sort themselves out.

closing borders and regions definitely helped to containing the virus. in fact this is what china did with their provinces. if 4 states are basically clear of covid19, let's wait til others catch up, to limit re-spreading all over country. china stayed in lockdown for 78 days.
WA, SA, TAS, Act, NT have no cases. Qld continually has a few. NSW and Vic have a lot. Contain the virus. KEEP THE BORDERS SHUT
