MANILA, Philippines — The government has allowed lawyers representing their clients in areas under enhanced community quarantine to travel, Malacañang said Tuesday.
“Naamendahan din po ang Omnibus Guidelines para ang transit ng mga abugado na magbigay ng legal representation sa mga taong inaresto sa panahon ng ECQ,” Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said in an online briefing.“Sa mga abugado po dyan sa Talisay at Cebu, bagamat stay at home po ang lahat, puwede po ninyo puntahan ang mga kliyente na may problema po sa alagad ng batas,” he added.
