The Scottish Government put Greece on its quarantine list despite not reaching the 20 cases per 100,000 threshold due to a number of cases in Scotland that can be traced back to travel to the Mediterranean country

Holidaymakers in Scotland have been left 'raging' after the new Greece quarantine rules kicked in just before their trip throwing their holiday plans into chaos.The Scottish Government requires travellers from the country to quarantine for 14 days from 4am today after a rise in coronavirus cases.
