A hotelier with properties in Portugal has spoken out against the UK\u0027s \u0027confusing and damaging\u0027 approach to travel regulations following the news that the country will remain on the quarantine free list for England, but not Scotland or Wales. Chitra Stern, owner of Martinhal Family Hotels \u0026 Resorts states: Travellers are being sent from pillar to post and there are \u0027herds\u0027 of people running around like headless chickens because of the changes in the travel advice.
