The carrier said travel to and from Central Europe, the UK, Ireland, Austria, Belgium and Portugal had been affected by the latest restrictions.

Or it could be their tragic ability to support customers who were trying to move flights due to lockdown and were asking for ridiculous prices to do so. They were the only ones I had any issues with. Will never fly with them again!
