However, Chan said that they will be asked to make prior booking arrangements before they can be allowed to leave their homes. Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque earlier said that the Inter-Agency Task Force has already decided to allow those who are aged between 15 to 21-years old and those who are over 65-years-old to already go out of their homes.
