The nation’s smallest state is currently racking up an average of 110.4 new daily Covid-19 cases per 100,000 people. That is 342% higher than the “tipping point” threshold. The state’s percent positive rate is 14.5%, which is nearly three times higher than what is deemed safe. Positivity has been rising for the past two consecutive weeks.
