Was worse at the Queensland border, they changed the rules and told no one that had already done a permit... was chaos as people tried to do permits for kids. Also was only staffed by 3 people... we had a 45 Min wait

All because of 5 cases a day. Btw I crossed the Victorian border on Barry way a couple of days ago and there was no one there to check my border pass. Hopeless.
