During the MCO, interdistrict travel is still not allowed. The updated NSC SOP states that the entire Kuala Lumpur is considered as one district.

The National Security Council has clarified that the districts mentioned in standard operating procedures of the movement control order are the districts set by state authorities, not the police. , updated on February 19, the NSC also stated that the whole of Kuala Lumpur is to be considered as under one district.
