I would also be worried about the hygiene in a hotel. Lots of carpet and soft furnishings which will need sterilisation through steaming.

People shouldn't be travelling during a pandemic, but if hotels are profiteering from people being forced to stay there, that's completely out of order. People are paying over £1k, so should be treated accordingly.
