The top cop says the compound will also be imposed on those who spread Covid-19 through interstate travel.

The enforcement of the RM10,000 fine, effective on March 11, will only be imposed on individuals who breach the movement control order repeatedly, as well as those who can trigger the spread of Covid-19, said Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador.
