Flight Centre CEO Graham Turner says at some stage Australia needs to open up to the world adding he is optimistic it can happen in some capacity soon.

“I do think by the end of July we will be allowing certain people who are vaccinated into the country with minimal

quarantine,” Mr Turner told Sky News. “I’m reasonably positive things are going to get better over the next few months.”

We need something to change - 10’s of thousands of Australians have had their lives on hold at least 14 months due to the international border closure - some separated from partners/spouses/young kids who are overseas, stranded Aussies can’t get home.. LoveIsNotTourism

Yeah great idea you idiot. Once again money taking priority over commonsense.

Did flu vax eradicate flu? Did you know the virus is treatable? Wake up! 'The average person... thinks there's no treatment... Where's the focus? There's such a focus on the vaccine. Where's the focus on people sick right now?” ~ Dr Peter A McCullough

Not if the salivating media and our gutless politicians have anything to do with it.

‘Cacophony of screaming’ over India flight pause is now ‘bordering on hilarious’ | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Paul Murray says the “cacophony of screaming” from some over the federal government’s India travel pause is now “bordering on hilarious”.\n\nMr Murray said there were other people who have “decided to point and suddenly find a problem” with the federal government’s measures.\n\n“These are the people who all think we should follow Norman Swan like a deity; the people who believe we should lock down Sydney and Melbourne over two coughs,” he said.\n\n“But it’s an opportunity to play a bit of team red, team blue federal politics.\n\n“Taxpayer television, Bill Shorten, Zali Steggall, and the Greens. Yeah, count me out of that coalition.”\n\n I would like to hear Paul Murray if he was in India right now on assignment, I am sure he would be part of the “cacophony of screaming” too. Or maybe his boss could pull some strings and get him out.
