Not Govt problem the 900 chose to travel against govt edict therefore aren’t they architects of their own problems knowing India like they do

SBS is fuelling the fire as always!! They should shush & let the politicians here do their jobs. Those stuck in India, stop expecting you are special cases. After all you guys left on your own knowing it was a high risk trip! Now just sit tight & wait !

Praying for the people of India 😔

The travel ban is not forever. Only temporary. Also our border been close for long time why people haven’t back to Australia yet?

Traveling during pandemic is always risky. Risk being stranded not able to return home. I’m sure they considered well before making their trip so just stay put where you are until it’s safe to be home. 900 vs 26 millions Aussies lives. We have old folks & young kids here too! 🤦🏻‍♀️

SORRY, MY COMPASSION FATIGUE IS ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTED.

Why doesn't SBS seem to care about the societal effects of lockdowns and long term social consequences of Australian children seeing the world from this perspective ?

What are they all doing in India - the PM gave advice a year ago to come home. The risk of travel has always been there but exposed by a viral contagion that people have wrongly assumed would not affect them. CovidSARS2 has its own rules, shows no fear, emotion or favour.
