I dont want to go overseas but borders need to open to family's that want to come here. So long as precautions are taken . Family's have been seperated way too long
Until the politicians stop shutting everything down because of 1 case let's stop talking about international travel and because of this we shouldn't be going to the Olympics.
2025 is my uneducated reckoning. The budget is irrelevant when it comes to pandemic speculation.
