NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian announced extended mandatory mask restrictions on Tuesday, with all people in Greater Sydney, Wollongong and Shellharbour required to wear a face mask while indoors for an additional seven days.
Chief Health Officer Kerry Chant said the first two cases were close contacts of existing cases but said the third was of concern. The seventh case is a child who attends St Charles Catholic Primary School in Waverley and the source of the infection is currently unknown. "Unfortunately, a number of people who contracted the virus have done so in a very fleeting way," Ms Berejiklian said.
A journalist should ask & report whether the evacuation of a few eastern suburbs schools this afternoon was either a directive of NSWHealth OR decisions the schools had to take in the absence of NSW gov leadership? It wasnt just the school with the covid case that evacuated
gOlD sTaNdArD gLaDyS! NSW don't have 2 lock down. Instead of relying on a Hillsong miracle, I might opt 4 a bleach injection in the absence of any real vaccine, thx ScottyDoesNothing. Or where is your mate Clive, with his hydroxychloroquine? That, like u, does nothing?
Her lax approach to the virus is the cause. She is always trying to big note herself by not having a proactive quick approach with the virus.
There goes my trip
