Brits travelling to the EU will need to pay €7 tax to Brussels under new plans

EU confirms plans for its European Travel Information and Authorisation System. Scheme will see non-EU citizens from 62 countries forced to pay €7 charge. The system will allow EU to pre-screen a person before entry to Schengen Zone.
