Surely if you know you'll be needing an app on a smart phone to gain access to venues you'll take one with you, or perhaps make alternative travel plans? Equally I could pass a sign 'last petrol for 200 miles' with just a couple of ltrs left in the tank! I'd be a numpty!

It’s a bigger problem for the French as they have so many anti vaxxers.

They got away with stopping people living their lives with the first lockdown and now they are continuing to do it. Excluding people from being able to live their lives will in time kill them. How can any human being agree with this. There is near zero asymptomatic spread.
