Head of TUI Ireland Craig Morgan tells us that holiday sales are bouncing back strongly

Navigating this new world we live in can be quite the minefield — least not when it comes to booking holidays and travelling.

“Booking volumes, particularly over the last couple of weeks, have been really encouraging and we have recently launched our Winter 22/23 season so we are seeing bookings right up to April 2023 coming through.”“We initially saw strong demand in the couples market with families more cautious around booking due to varying country entry requirements for kids around testing but we’ve been pleased to see family demand start to pick up over the last couple of weeks.

“From fee free changes* and Covid cover on all S21 holidays to the reassurance of a full refund on package holidays if for any reason we have to cancel. “We are looking to significantly increase our range of holidays where customers can book flexible durations such as 10 or 11 nights as well as offering greater choice of destinations and departure airports, often by working with partner airlines to package up with TUIs unique and exclusive differentiated product such as TUI Holiday Villages and our extensive range of TUI Blue properties.
