After a year where intrastate travel reached record highs, disability advocate Ben Aldridge wants to help make holidays more attainable for people with disabilities.

"When you have a disability like I do, I'm a quadriplegic, you need to think five moves ahead all the time." He said the filters available on many popular holiday planning sites did not take into account the breadth of disability, from people in wheelchairs to those with down syndrome or visual impairment, making it much harder for those people to find suitable accommodation.
