Still makes no sense. PCR test 72hrs or Antigen test 24hrs, you still have the stress of the result. And if you test positive you still have to quarantine 10 days abroad. This conference was useless, it was like watching a bad movie where the dog dies at the end.

You didn't need a PCR to come back, if people read the gov site it lists 4 types of molecular tests PCR - Polymerase chain reaction Nucleic acid test (NAT) or Nucleic acid amplification test (NAATs) Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP)
Still makes 0 sense. You can fly anywhere in Canada with no test. Why the heck are we still testing to board a flight?

FYI, my husband was in FL in Nov. He had 3 molecular tests done (2 PCR and a NAAT) because results were slow coming back. He got all results in time for his flight. But ALL were FREE. ! he got from Manatee County, 1 from CVS and 1 from Walgreens... all free.
They're pretending not to understand that the vaccinated can still spread the virus, so basing that on their vaccination status makes no sense.
