Malaysia-Brunei vaccinated travel lane scheme a boon for Sarawak tourism

The Sarawak Tourism Board says the implementation of the air and land vaccinated travel lane programme between Malaysia and Brunei will help the state’s tourism industry. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, February 17, 2022.

THE implementation of the air and land vaccinated travel lane initiative for cross-border movements between Malaysia and Brunei will help in the recovery of the Sarawak tourism industry, said the Sarawak Tourism Board . STB chief executive officer Sharzede Salleh said the decision would ease border movements in the northern part of the state which is close to Brunei.
