This was the first time Nasa opened its space hatches to tourists, who paid $55m for a week, which was extended to nearly 17 days

The trip was supposed to last a little over a week, but dicey weather kept the visitors in orbit almost twice as long as intended.

Carbon vandals. Hate these stories about selfish, greedy little men. There is no science in this.

does a low earth orbit count as being in space? and would they see the actual curvature of the earth? i think not.

I hope they charged by the day.

they probably feel obliged to sequester the equivalent amount of CO2 it took to get there and back, does anyone know how many tons?

Then they can afford to pay taxes.

Workers maybe struggle to survive to the next paycheck but I know system is fair and it is all worth it when I see these gentlemen travel to space for fun and prestige
