TFE Hotels, the accommodation platform backed by Rich Listers Ervin and Charlotte Vidor, is taking its homegrown Australian brands into South-East Asia, after revealing plans to open its first Vibe and Adina hotels in Singapore this year.
In both instances, TFE Hotels will take advantage of Far East Hospitality’s property holdings in Singapore – the Adina and Vibe brands will replace those of existing hotels already owned by the Singaporean group in a repositioning exercise. The move into Singapore will complement TFE’s presence in Australia, where it operates 59 hotels , as well as a portfolio of 16 Adina hotels in Europe.
The Adina Serviced Apartments hotel on Orchard Road will include a rooftop pool, lounge, gym and studio, two- and three-bedroom self-contained apartments. Guests will receive an assortment of Australian products as a welcome pack.
