New airline model - over schedule hundreds of flights - knowing they will be canceled due to pilot shortages - cancel flights at the last minute - force passengers to wait in line for hours at the airport or on the phone trying to rebook - then make it hard to get a refund

I’m sitting in pvdairport and had a flight canceled… rebooked…now delayed. 🤷‍♂️.
