What if their bosses question their commitment? As for employers, they appreciate that their employees check in while on vacation and are only an email away.

So long as the cost of a meetings is hidden, they’ll continue to suck. A company will refuse to spend $200 on an app for annemployee but sees no problem holding a 2 hour meeting with 5 people who cost on avg $200/hr. A meeting that could have been an email. 😞
