The Arrive Can app is very simple to use if you do it correctly. I’ve used it a couple of times for trips to the US and no issues. However, I’m not sure if it delays travel - probably because some are not using it properly or at all.

The instructions are so simple and the app is easy to use. Uploaded my vaccination records and didn't have to show them every time I travelled. I only had to update the travel dates. I've used it a few times in the past 3 months and haven't had any issues.
