BC Ferries is warning those travelling or planning to travel from Tsawwassen terminal Friday to expect major delays and even cancellations due to a “police incident” onboard the Coastal Inspiration.
BC Ferries did not elaborate on what the police incident was but said because of the incident the 10:15 a.m. sailing from Duke Point and the 12:45 p.m. sailing from Tsawwassen are at risk of cancellation. The 3:15 p.m., 5:45 p.m., 8:15 p.m., and 10:45 p.m. sailings from both Tsawwassen and Duke Point are also at risk of cancellation.

BCFerries are always having some sort of issues with delays, cancellations or something. We were at the ferry at 7pm 2 days ago and due to issues we didn’t leave till passed 11 that night. Time for BCGovNews to get involved.
