“You can say this is my first Canadian tour . I love Canadians and love being in Canada. Sorry I’m not be visiting Nunavut …but soon,” she teases. The lockdown solitude also set her free to basically cook for herself, using ingredients she adores but was hesitant to use for others. “I feel that, because I do a lot of cooking for myself I could be selfish in putting ingredients that I adore in the dishes.” Like anchovies – she adores them, and used them whenever she could.Article content
