THUNDER BAY — Magnus Theatre's expansion project has received a boost from the Community Economic Development Commission's tourism development fund.
It includes the addition of a 125-seat studio theatre, expansion of the production shop, renovations to the lounge, and general building improvements. Half of the proceeds of the tax are administered by the CEDC and Tourism Thunder Bay to support the growth of tourism in the city.
