I’d rather Airbnb property owners pad the “per night” rate $10-15 then tell me cleaning a house that’s professionally cleaned — often in high season is $150+ Or charge a “mess” fee: renters upload pics as they leave the property of each room (for ins.) + charge extra then

I know. It’s so confusing! And now Airbnb raised their fees and added approx $15 per stay for themselves (based on percentages)
