BALLESTEROS, Cagayan — The Department of Public Works and Highways completed Phases 1 and 2 of the Ballesteros Bay View Project located in Ballesteros, Cagayan.
The project also included an installation of solar-powered street lights for the safety and security of motorists. A total of P30 million coming from the General Appropriations Act of 2022 was allocated for Phase 1 project, and P10 million for Phase 2. OIC-District Engineer Rellie Dalmaceda is optimistic the project will soon generate benefits for both tourism-related businesses which can ultimately boost the town’s economy.
