A Blackpool hotel has hit back after a guest complained about 'rotten noise and staff', adding that those staying should 'bring ear plugs'.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, hot and served by excellent staff. All staff in the dining room, bar and reception were so friendly helpful and professional. Really enjoyed the ‘all inclusive’ which even included tram passes, excellent value. Would definitely stay here again.
Mark Clegg, Owner at The Royal Boston Hotel responded to the claims, adding that of course the guest found their room to be value for money when it was free.
