False information about a missing radioactive cylinder in Thailand is spreading panic Nuclear scientists have debunked rumours that vapour from the caesium-137 cylinder could spread 1,000 km (600 miles) across the country

, assistant professor and medical physicist in the Department of Radiology at Thailand's Chulalongkorn University, gave AFP a similar assessment on March 28.
