Maxene Magalona is always an open book when it comes to her self-care activities. This time, she has flown all the way to gorgeous Palawan to meditate and partake in a yoga retreat.

In just a few days, I was able to learn and realize so many life lessons which I will definitely take with me as I grow and evolve in this lifetime."
