The Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Brig Gen Y.D. Ahmed has warned members of the corps against travelling at night.
In a message signed by Eddy Megwa, NYSC Director of Press and Public Relations, Gen Ahmed congratulated corps members and wished them a happy Easter celebration. “As we reflect on the lessons of Easter, I enjoin you all to sustain the spirit of harmony, tolerance, sacrifice, and understanding while discharging your responsibilities in furtherance of the Nigerian Project.
“As we look forward towards unveiling the activities outlined for the 50th anniversary of NYSC in the weeks ahead. We must use this period of Easter to appreciate God for the numerous successes of the Scheme in the last five decades and further pray for a secure and fruitful future for the scheme.
