Met Eireann have issued a status orange thunderstorm weather warning for Cavan, Donegal, Clare, Connacht, Longford, Meath, Offaly and Westmeath that is valid until 10pm tonight.

Tomorrow morning will start off relatively overcast, with scattered showers scattered across the region. As the day progresses, the showers will become more widespread, particularly in the afternoon and evening.
