SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Tourism Association (Stan) strongly supports the efforts by State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew to collaborate with Singapore Airlines and its subsidiary Scoot to attract more Australian tourists to Sabah.

Stan believes this partnership will contribute to the growth of Sandakan’s tourism industry.Its President Teo Chee Kim said statistics show that Australian tourists make up about one quarter of foreign visitors to Sandakan, making them one of Sandakan’s most important tourist markets.
