I like the dusk option for going to sleep. I set it for 30–60 minutes and read until it's too dark and I drop off to sleep. An additional bonus is that since I'm no longer using my cellphone as my alarm clock, I practice better sleep hygiene and keep my cellphone out of the bedroom.
