In an update posted to Twitter/X on Monday morning, ScotRail said: “Good morning, we’re still trying to recover from the very heavy rain and flooding that we seen over the weekend, and the following services will NOT be able to run.”Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories.
