It is run by the Robinson family, who have worked hard to invest in both the building, its design and the development of staff.Assessors from the national tourism organisation visited the venue, which is located just outside of Carnforth, collaborating their assessment with customer feedback who visited from the UK and abroad.
She added: "There are so many great achievements to acknowledge over the last two years, however, we’re always most proud of the fact that our personal touch, attention to detail, and consistently high levels of service have continued to flourish. Nadine Thomson, VisitEngland advisory board member, said the ROSE award recognises venues which have gone "above and beyond."
